What form of payments do you accept?

• We take cash or travelers checks. We do not accept credit cards or personal checks

Are reservations important and how far ahead should I make them?

• Reservations for Trail Rides are most helpful 24 to 48 hours in advance but sometimes can be made the same day. For Special Occasions, as much notice as possible. Holiday times do get very busy. Please contact us for availability.

What are your hours?

• We are open year round. Hours vary during the summer months.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Trail rides: 24 hours notice
• Hay rides: 2 weeks in advance to receive deposit refund
• Catered Events: 3 weeks to receive deposit refund

What should I wear?

• You should wear long pants, socks which cover your ankles and closed toe shoes. Temperatures vary in the desert, so clothing should be weather appropriate. Layers work best.

What do you provide?

• We supply helmets, saddle bags to carry cameras, water and small necessities and a good time!

Are there any restrictions for riders?

• Yes. Riders must be at least 6 years old and the maximum weight is 230 pounds. All riders must be able to physically control and maintain balance by themselves. Certain disabilities require privately scheduled rides. Please contact us with any questions you might have. We are happy to accommodate however we can.
